May Employee of the Month

At Roberts Grove, there are many tasks to be completed every day for smooth operation of the resort. They are all important but some work is done behind the scenes and not readily known by guests or even staff. One such area is the financial operations of the resort.
 
It is a demanding and time consuming task while stipulating close attention to detail from a consummate professional. Finance Director Cindy Linarez is the consummate professional that is in charge of this area of operations. Cindy is hard-working, detail oriented, and knowledgeable in all aspects of resort operations. She handles all tasks required of her in a competent, proficient manner, completing them in a timely fashion.
 
She has a good rapport with all staff members and is well-respected among her peers. She has supplied Roberts Grove with many good ideas for operations of the resort while resolving issues in an able fashion. Cindy is a very important contributing member of the Roberts Grove team and well deserving of the Employee of the Month award.
