August Employee of the Month

The Reservations department at Roberts Grove is an area that might be considered behind the scenes and may be often overlooked.  It is a very challenging environment to work in.  Constant attention to guests  online, as well as dealing with locals and international guest in a calm, professional manner is a task on hand; Pauline Arzu exemplifies such demand, her vibrant, hardworking and jovial character makes her a force to be reckon with.  The occupancy and the smooth transition of guest can attest to her effortless but effective way to keep our rooms occupied.  She is a valuable member of the Roberts Grove Team.  Roberts Grove take this opportunity to name her August 2012 Employee of the Month.
