Placencia Belize Resort Policies
- Rates are based on U.S. Dollars.
- Tax and service:
- Rooms: 9% Hotel Tax & 10% Service Charge are additional
- Meals: 12.5% GST Tax is included & 10% Service Charge is additional.
- Trips: 12.5% GST Tax is included.
- Rates include transfers between Placencia Airstrip / Resort & Return.
- Rates include Continental Breakfast
- Rates include complimentary use of three (3) swimming pools, tennis court, gym, kayaks, canoes, windsurfing boards, hobie cats & bicycles.
- Children under 12 (one per parent) may stay in their parent’s room for free. All children’s meals will be charged separately.
- For additional roll-aways or futons, there will be a $30 US per person extra person sharing charge.

- Cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express Cards & Travelers Checks are accepted as payment at the Resort
- For room only reservation, a two night deposit is required upon booking to guarantee reservation. (For packages, a $300 US per person deposit is due upon booking.) The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made 45 days or fewer prior to arrival, then full payment is due upon booking.
- For all packages: park and entrance fees are additional.
- Beverages are not included except for coffee, tea, milk, and morning juice.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund minus a $100 administrative fee per room will be granted if cancellation is received before 60 days or more prior to arrival at Robert’s Grove. If 60 up to 45 days prior to arrival, 50% refund. If 45 days or fewer, no refund. This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation, including airline delays, strikes, world events, or personal issues.
