The Seaside Restaurant serves three meals daily and prepares the best picnics on the Peninsula for Robert’s Grove day trips. Travel & Leisure said it’s “Where you can taste some of Belize’s best cuisine”.

Our talented culinary team creates dishes that span the world, with favorites influenced by Caribbean, Latin American, Mediterranean, and Pacific Rim traditions. All baking is done on the premises. We offer an extensive wine list as well as a full bar, with top shelf labels, local rum, and beer.

Romantic dinners atop the resort’s thatched rooftop gazebos, private room terraces and thatched palapa at the end of its 225 foot pier offer additional dining pleasures.  The Resort’s spacious grounds, professional food and beverage capability and fully equipped conference room have made it an especially popular setting for large destination weddings, celebrations and business events.

Meal Times

Breakfast is served from 7 am to 11 am daily. A Continental Breakfast is included in your room rate. A full breakfast menu is also available.

Lunch is served in the dining room or poolside from 11 am until 4 pm and includes a selection of salads, burgers, sandwiches, tortilla wraps and daily Caribbean special.

Dinner is served in the dining room or on the verandah from 6:30 to 10:00 pm. In addition to our regular dinner menu, we offer four daily entree "specials" as well as a special appetizer. With advance notice, our kitchen is happy to cater to special dietary needs. A children's menu is also available.
