30 DAYS PRIOR TO CONFERENCE DATE: We require a copy of your meeting agenda and itinerary. A rooming list will be required prior to arrival date.
Security Deposit / Cancellation For Guest Room
For group reservation, 50% deposit of grand total is required upon booking a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If booking is made 60 days or less prior to arrival, then full payment is required upon booking.
50% of deposit will be granted if cancellation is received up to 90 days prior to arrival. There will be no refund on deposit if cancellation is received between 60 & 90 days. There will be no refund on the full payment if cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit / Cancellation For Conference Room
A deposit of US$100.00 is required. If the equipments are fully operational, the full deposit will be refunded. If the equipments require repair due to negligence on behalf of the rental party, a portion or all of the deposit will be retained by Robert’s Grove for such work. The rental party shall be responsible for damages or repairs that exceed the US$100.00 security deposit (see final settlement).
Cancellations must be in writing and received thirty (30) days prior to the function for a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for written cancellations received less than thirty (30) days prior to the function.
A final statement will be sent to you for any incidental charges incurred. The statement will reflect the total charges, less payments received. Payment shall be due fifteen (15) days from statement date.
